Absolutely! All of our private meeting rooms are shared, so it’s a really good idea to reserve in advance if you can.

We’ve made it easy to book a conference room online once you become an Indy Hall member.

If you have an unplanned meeting and need a room, you can check and see if a room has a reservation coming up from an iPad or whiteboard calendar outside of each meeting or phone room.

Please honor peoples reservations, and if you don’t need a reservation you made, remove it so the space can be used by someone else!
