Life changes, and your membership can change with it. Here's how to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your Indy Hall membership.
Going on vacation? Have a busy month where you won't be able to make it in? Flex members can roll over their unused days instead of losing them at the end of your billing cycle.
- Request a rollover by emailing team@indyhall.org before your billing cycle ends.
- Let us know which billing cycle you'd like to apply the rollover to (current or upcoming).
- Your unused days will be converted to non-expiring passes that stay in your account until you use them.
- When you check in, the system automatically uses expiring days first, then draws from your rolled-over days.
- Rollover is for days you can't use during a billing period, not a way to double your days.
- You can use the rollover option up to 2 times per 12-month period.
- Rollover is available for Flex memberships (2-day, 6-day, 8-day).
Need more days? Want to go unlimited? Upgrading is easy.
- Email team@indyhall.org and let us know what you'd like to change to.
- We'll adjust your membership and prorate your billing if needed.
- Your new membership level takes effect immediately.
Need fewer days for a while? No problem.
- Email team@indyhall.org with your request.
- Downgrades typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You can upgrade again anytime.
We'll be sad to see you go, but we understand. Life happens.
- Email team@indyhall.org to request cancellation.
- Let us know when you'd like your cancellation to take effect.
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- You're always welcome to rejoin later. Seriously. The door is always open.
