Introducing Rollover Mode

We know life happens. Maybe you're traveling, taking on a big project that keeps you home, or just having a slower month.

Now, instead of canceling your membership and losing your benefits/pricing, you can put your membership into Rollover Mode up to 2x per year!

Here's how Rollover Mode works:

  • You request Rollover Mode any time BEFORE your next billing date.
  • You keep paying your normal membership fee during your rollover month.
  • Any unused day passes and meeting room credits from that month don't expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Instead, those credits become valid for the next 12 months, giving you maximum flexibility to use them when you need them.

Flexibility Built In

  • You can use Rollover Mode for any two months (billing periods) in a 12 month period. Use them back to back, or use them in different seasons. Totally up to you!.
  • Available to all Clubhouse Membership tiers.

How to Request Rollover Mode

Unlike cancellation requests which require 30 days notice, Rollover Mode requires you request a rollover month any time before your billing date.
